Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in both New Jersey and Florida, John graduated Seminole High School in 1969 and attended St. Petersburg College. He began his career in real estate in 1979 as a salesperson and became a broker in 1986. When his mentor announced his retirement in 1991, John purchased Results Real Estate and became the broker/owner of the company.
In 2008 and 2009 John and his staff successfully produced over $85 Million in sales while closing 590 transactions. That success led to expansion and the grand opening of a second office in Fort Myers. With offices located in Seminole and Fort Myers his company is capable of covering a wide range of territory including, but not limited to, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Hillsborough, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties.
John is well-known for delivering prompt, knowledgeable service to his clients and specializes in REO, retail and commercial real estate sales. He has created an exceptional team of qualified real estate agents and departmental staff well versed in all aspects of the listing and selling process. They also have the unique expertise to perform brokerage services for multiple high-profile banks, servicing companies and other various owners of homes and commercial properties. In fact, through the sales of office buildings, strip centers, single-parcel commercial real estate, retail sales, short sales, and REO properties, John and his staff completed over 450 deals in 2015 totaling over $54 Million dollars in volume.
By building an impeccable reputation of honesty and fairness, John has formulated numerous long-term relationships with clients, employees and agent associates alike dating back 20 to 30 years. He has done so by maintaining the balance between ensuring that clients have a thorough understanding of the real value of their property, while always keeping in mind their goals and expectations.
When John is not working you can find him spending time with his grandchildren, watching a baseball game or playing golf.
